His practice ranges from filing mechanic's liens to representing clients before the Kentucky Supreme Court. Bruce frequently participates in the arbitration process - either as an advocate or as an arbitrator - on the AAA National Panel of Construction Industry Arbitrators. With more than 25 years of experience, Bruce is past Director for the Associated Builders & Contractors of Kentucky, has lectured extensively on construction-related topics, and has authored the Kentucky chapter in the treatise State Public Construction Law Source Book.
