Aron has litigated some of the most high-profile and consequential government contracts matters in recent years, with a practice centered on high-stakes contract claims and bid protests before the U.S. Court of Federal Claims, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, the Government Accountability Office (GAO), and the Boards of Contract Appeals. Reflecting the significance of his work, Law360 has observed that his “work on high-stakes government contracts litigation [] has included some of the most consequential recent decisions in the area…” Law360 also has noted that Aron “has racked up victories for clients in challenges to government contract awards, including Integrated Nuclear Productions Solutions’ successful bid protest of a $22.8 billion Department of Energy deal…”

Aron earned his LL.M. in Government Contracts Law from The George Washington University Law School. He also served as a judicial extern to the Hon. Susan G. Braden, former chief judge of the U.S. Court of Federal Claims, assisting with a broad range of matters arising in the government contracts arena.

Aron currently serves on the PubKLaw Advisory Board and previously served on the Law360 Government Contracts Editorial Advisory Board, as well as vice chair of the ABA Bid Protest Committee.

Gabby Sprio is an associate in Bradley’s Government Contracts Practice Group. .

Gabby has extensive experience litigating bid protests at the Government Accountability Office, U.S. Court of Federal Claims, and federal agencies. She also has experience with small business size protests and appeals at the U.S. Small Business Administration, requests for equitable adjustments, claims, and disputes. 

Gabby advises clients on a wide range of government contracts topics. She has counseled clients on issues related to Other Transaction Authority agreements, terminations, teaming agreements, joint venture agreements, subcontracts, novations, changes of name and corporate conversions, and other procurement law compliance issues. She also has experience advising on issues related to small business programs and the AbilityOne Program. 

Gabby is experienced in conducting due diligence reviews of and advising on the government contracts-related aspects of mergers, acquisitions, and other business transactions involving government contractors. Prior to joining the legal industry, Gabby worked for a leading global aerospace and defense company, gaining experience in government contract administration and financial analysis.

Gabby earned her J.D. (magna cum laude) from the University of Alabama School of Law and also holds a B.S. (magna cum laude) in Finance and Economics from the University of Alabama.
