Surety in the Age of Insolvency: Rethinking Our Role in Financial Distress

Includes a Live Web Event on 10/28/2026 at 2:00 PM (EDT)

Contractor financial distress rarely begins with a default. This session explores how surety professionals can use their unique visibility into financial performance, backlog, project exposure, and management to identify risk earlier, engage more proactively, and help mitigate problems before they become claims. The discussion will challenge the industry to rethink surety’s role in an insolvency environment—from reactive protection to proactive risk management.
