Robin Amstutz is an account executive with Risk Strategies, part of the Brown & Brown Team and serves as the lead broker for their National Healthcare Practice. Robin advises and educates clients about surety, and places bond programs for commercial clients across the country.

Prior to joining Risk Strategies in July, 2024, Robin spent 18 years building the commercial surety book of business for Integro/EPIC Brokers. In 2015, Robin was recognized for her leadership attributes, client service skills, and expertise by being named to the “40 Under 40” list by Business Insurance Magazine.
Robin participates on the NASBP 5-15 Leadership and Professional Development Committees and serves as Director on NASBP’s Board and Commercial Surety Committee Chair. She is also Chair and President of the Midwest Chapter of Women in Surety, the vision of which is to empower and inspire women in surety. Tab

Stefan is currently a Vice President, Surety with CAC Specialty, but before joining the team at CAC Specialty he was the Sales Leader for Brown & Brown’s National Surety Practice. In that role, outside of leading the sales team, Stefan focused on surety marketing and carrier relationships for the 100+ retail offices Brown & Brown has within the US. He holds a Master’s degree in Applied Mathematics and a Bachelors in Physics from the University of Central Florida, and worked as a hardware engineer in the PNW before getting into surety. Stefan is also serves as the Vice Chair of NASBP’s Professional Development Committee. He has visited every state in the US except for Hawaii and Montana, and plans to visit every European country before 2030.
