Mike Pecard

Assistant Vice President, North American Construction Services, Inc. (NACS)

Mike Pecard is the Assistant Vice President at North American Construction Services, Inc. (NACS) where he is in charge of the oversight of construction escrow accounts and management of the funds control department.  Mike started with NACS in 2003 and has run the funds control department for the past 10 years.  He primarily works in conjunction with Sureties and bonding agents nationwide to establish construction escrow accounts when the underwriting calls for funds control. Michael also works with NACS' partner banks to establish the escrow accounts and work with contractors directly on a daily basis processing payment requests and maintaining escrow accounts.  Mike and NACS are annual exhibitors at the NASBP Annual Meeting & Expo.

Dwight Pilgrim

Associate Broker, Rich & Cartmill, Inc.

Dwight Pilgrim is an Associate Broker with Rich & Cartmill, Inc. , an Oklahoma based agency that ranks in the Top 100 nationally. Dwight holds designations as a Certified Public Accountant, Chartered Global Management Accountant, Certified Insurance Counselor and Construction Risk Insurance Specialist. He received his degree in accounting from Oklahoma State University and then worked in public accounting for Peat, Marwick, Mitchell (now KPMG). After leaving public accounting he has worked in banking, management and underwriting for surety companies, and as a producer for regional and international insurance brokerage firms. He has significant experience in working with construction accounts. Dwight is a member of the NASBP.
